Our homes provide private furnished units, bedrooms, and shared rooms, where convenience and value go hand-in-hand with comfort and community. Our prices vary depending on the kind of housing that you choose and the length of your stay. Our triples start at $850/month, doubles at $1,200/month per person.

What are available lease terms?

Our leasing terms are flexible! We are one of the only companies in the area that offers flexible lease terms. If you are students, our apartments are available for rent for either the fall semester, summer session, spring semester, or the academic school year (Fall & Spring Semester).

How do we make housing easier?

Our homes provide fully-furnished bedrooms with beautiful shared suites. Your one-time monthly payment is a flat rate that comes with perks and amenities including a fully furnished unit, utilities, household essentials, WiFi, TV with streaming services, laundry on-site (except one unit) and so much more. Our coliving spaces offers weekly or bi-weekly cleaning and household essentials that are restocked.

We want to provide you with a worry-free move-in! Our fully-furnished apartments are close to UC Berkeley campus and downtown Berkeley Bart. Our apartment rates are all inclusive. Included in our homes are fully-furnished bedrooms, living and study spaces, with fully-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. We take care of furniture, apartment amenities, utilities and we also provide bathroom and kitchen essentials.
