RENTAL SCHEDULE

Our home are available for rent for either the fall semester, spring semester, summer session, and the academic school year (Fall & Spring Semester) making them excellent off-campus housing options.

The apartment rental schedule follows the UC Berkeley academic calendar year. Our rental schedule must be followed, even if your stay is shorter than the dates mentioned. An additional fee is applied for shorter stays.

Our rental agreements follow the rental schedule below:

ONE YEAR

Move-in: June 15, 2024 Move-out: June 15, 2025

*Additional monthly fee of $250/month per person for two semester leasing

*Additional monthly fee of $400/month per person for one semester leasing

Fall semester only leasing is subject to availability. We prioritize Fall - Spring rentals.
