UC Berkeley has made an announcement to conduct limited in-person classes this fall for those students who wish to come back to campus. Not sure what is going to happen next Spring? We offer short-term leases for your convenience. Not ready to sign a lease this summer? You can also begin your lease in August. If you require accommodations in Berkeley, worry-less, save time and money, we are here for you.

We understand there is a lot of uncertainty in the coming months, here is how we can help you in saving time and  money in finding your new home:

1. We're welcoming you back with good news!

Book with us for two semesters and we’ll take care of your rent for two weeks. For every semester booked with us before June 30, 2020, get one-week FREE RENT. You can save time and money, as all our units are fully-furnished and ready to move in.

*Applications must be approved and lease signed by June 30, 2020 and is only applicable for new leases.

2. We're making our process easy and simple from start to finish, so you can move in and out easily with flexible leasing and not worry about signing a one-year lease.

4. Never worry about utilities. 

During your stay with us, you'll never have to pay utility bills again. We will handle it for you! This includes: electricity, water, garbage, gas, trash, sewer, internet, TV streaming services, furniture rental and much more.
